We offer you discreet, efficient service with access to your meeting room from 7.30 a.m, plus tea or coffee for the organiser with our compliments, on arrival.
Packages can be tailored to suit individual requirements and your booking will be managed by our specially trained event manager who will assist and guide you through even the most complicated arrangements.
As an independent Hotel, we can be flexible with all aspects of your meeting and conference needs.
Our daily package starts from as little as £20.00 per person
This includes 2 servings of tea, coffee & biscuits, buffet lunch, room hire, the use of our LCD projector & screen, flipchart, plus pads, pencils, mineral water, squash and sweets.
And with 3 purpose built conference rooms to comfortably accommodate from 2 delegates informally, up to 28 delegates 'u' shape, 30 delegates classroom or cabaret style, to a maximum of 70 delegates theatre style, we have a more than adequate range of facilities to suit your event.
Our Calthorpe Suite offers full blackout and air-conditioning, whilst the Broughton Suite offers natural daylight and a fabulous Georgian ambience.
The Drayton Suite is modern and functional, offering boardroom or 'u' shape for up to 12 delegates, and can be used as a breakout room for more formal training courses.
Car parking at the Hotel is free of charge with over 50 spaces, and, of course, free WiFi is available to your delegates all day.
Secretarial services are available on request, as are printing, photocopying and collating of training material
