Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to dates and rate booked with the hotel.

Guests will be charged 100% of first night revenue for non-arrival.

Children and extra beds

Free! All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Free! All children under 12 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.

The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately

during your stay.

Pets

Pets are not welcome in our hotel, however we do accept Working Dogs & Assistance Dogs. The customer shall be responsible for any such damage to the hotel and furnishings.

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Diners, Electron (Contactless up to the value of £30.00)

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Please not that accounts must be settled on departure unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel management.

Damage

The hotel reserves the right to apply a charge for smoking on the premises, special cleaning due to vomit, malicious damage to room, or wet bed.
